Sleazy PZ again causes surge in visits
Labels: PZ Myers
This site is named for the famous statement of US Congressman Willard Duncan Vandiver from Missouri : "I`m from Missouri -- you'll have to show me." This site is dedicated to skepticism of official dogma in all subjects. Just-so stories are not accepted here. This is a site where controversial subjects such as evolution theory and the Holocaust may be freely debated.
My biggest motivation for creating my own blogs was to avoid the arbitrary censorship practiced by other blogs and various other Internet forums. Censorship will be avoided in my blogs -- there will be no deletion of comments, no closing of comment threads, no holding up of comments for moderation, and no commenter registration hassles. Comments containing nothing but insults and/or ad hominem attacks are discouraged. My non-response to a particular comment should not be interpreted as agreement, approval, or inability to answer.

Doesn't seem to exist on PZ's blog. You have failed to give a single example anywhere. You have been challenged and you have failed to reply. This counts as a win for the Truth Squad (those opposing Larry's lies and distortions.)
Larry seems to scream "arbitrary censorship" on every thread but I haven't seen any examples of it outside his blog. He will never answer your challenge.
ViU 1, Larry 0
Just so no-one thinks Larry is arbitrarily censoring me, I thought I'd let yinz know I'm going to be out of communication for about a week and a half. I'm not sure how my posting patterns will be after that, as my wife will be entering the home stretch on her dissertation. Could mean I'm relegated to Cyberia (and thus able to post more) or she may need more of my attention. I will try to at least keep up, so don't worry Larry, I'll still be here for you.
I like this entertaining exchange on the linked PZ Myers blog page :-):
No, Korn isn't banned. Really, you can't get banned for just being a creationist and making a few comments. You have to work at it.

Good, because I've been guilty of insipidity, slagging, stupidity, trolling, and wanking on at least one occasion each.

Yinz?
Go "Stillers"!
My college days were a cross between being a yinzer and being a yooper.
Doncha know.
Does anyone know what Larry is braying about with his "arbitrary censorship" whine? He has shown that he doesn't.
Larry has never been arbitrarily censored. Does he know someone who has? I doubt it.
>>>>>>> Larry has never been arbitrarily censored. Does he know someone who has? I doubt it. <<<<<<
Under your line of reasoning, dunghill, murder should be legal because some people have neither been murdered, nor witnessed a murder, nor know someone who as been murdered.
Under the Social Darwinism that you love so much, you would be euthanized because sterilizing you would not improve the human race quickly enough.
Anyway, when ViU and Hector say that I have not given examples of where I have been arbitrarily censored, they are full of crap and know that they are full of crap. I have given several such examples, including the following:
Fatheaded Ed Brayton kicked me off his blog permanently because he disagreed with my literal interpretation of a federal court rule.
Ding Elsberry censored my comment that the No Child Left Behind Act does not require or authorize withholding of federal funding from states or local school districts on the basis of their policies concerning evolution education.
> Under your line of reasoning <
Under any sort of reasoning, there is no connection. Of course you don't reason.
> Under the Social Darwinism that you love so much <
I never claimed to support social Darwinism, nor has anyone on this blog. You are seeing things again.
> you would be euthanized <
Under the holocaust, which you deny occurred, you would have gone up the chimney as a Jew.
> Anyway, when ViU and Hector say that I have not given examples of where I have been arbitrarily censored <
They are telling the truth. The examples you give are not true and we all know it.
> Fatheaded Ed Brayton kicked me off his blog permanently because he disagreed with my literal interpretation of a federal court rule. <
That is a lie and it has been proven. You were kicked off of his blog for repeated offenses for which you were warned repeatedly. These offenses came before the federal court rule ever came up as an issue.
> Ding Elsberry censored my comment ..l <
He banned you for the same activities that caused Ed rightly to ban you.
You have been banned due to gratuitous insults, mindless repetition, lies, and impersonation of others including even your brother. This is by no means arbitrary.
Larry's braying response will be predictable, as usual.
Congratulations for being number one Larry.
As the leader of the Kansas Trolls, I am only number nine on the list.
Not bad though for a feshman on summer break who lives in a basement and works in a bookstore.
PZ is such a hoot, he is obviously a scared rabbit.
I didn't come to your blog to see alternate views. I just wanted to see what a
"blog that is a bottomless pit of stupidity" looked like.

I didn't say that everyone who came here in response to Sleazy PZ's post came here to see alternative views. Only the open-minded people came here to see alternative views.
I lied. I had to come back to see what semi-literate response I'd get.
